Important information
How long is the tour?
The tour lasts a full day. You will return to Johannesburg between 17:45 – 18:30 depending on your drop-off point.
Is the tour fully guided?
Yes – you will be accompanied by an English-speaking guide from start to finish, including guided tours at both the caves and monument.
Are children allowed on the tour?
Yes – children from 4 years old and up are welcome.
Is the giraffe feeding guaranteed?
Giraffe feeding is subject to management approval at the Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time. Exceptions may be made under extenuating circumstances, subject to the provision of appropriate documentation for verification. All refunds are subject to managements discretion. Please note an R20 admin fee per ticket cancelled is applicable.
