At Xplorer Tours, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, we maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation and refund policy.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
All cancellations or refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.
- More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund, less any transaction fees.
- Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@xplorertours.co.za.
2. Cancellation by Xplorer Tours
If a tour is cancelled by Xplorer Tours due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events, customers will be offered the option of:
- Rescheduling to another available date
- Credit towards a future booking b
- Re-allocation to a different tour
3. Changes to Bookings
Changes to tour bookings are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee changes requested less than 24 hours before departure.
4. Refund Process
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
