By booking or participating in any tour with Xplorer Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email from Xplorer Tours.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
3. Tour Changes & Cancellations by Xplorer Tours
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, road closures, minimum booking numbers not being met, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer you the option of a refund, reschedule, or credit.
4. Participant Responsibility
- All participants must be physically able to join the tour.
- You are responsible for your own personal belongings during the tour.
- Follow guide instructions and safety rules at all times.
5. Travel Insurance
Xplorer Tours strongly recommends that all guests have personal travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost property.
6. Liability Waiver
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Xplorer Tours and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense incurred during participation in any of our tours, activities, or related services.
